This targeted skin resurfacing treatment can effectively reduce signs of skin damage and improve the appearance of uneven skin texture (no matter how fair or dark your skin tone), you’ll notice a naturally smoother, more radiant, and healthier-looking complexion.

HOW IT WORKS?

It improves skin texture by delivering energy deep into the skin, using tiny electrode pins to create micro-dermal wounds with minimal impact on the epidermis whilst delivering radio frequency deep into the skin. I have darker skin - can I still have this treatment done?

Yes, the skin resurfacing treatments uses technology that’s safe for all skin tones.

What does the treatment feel like?

You will feel tiny pins on your skin followed by a little zap. Your face will then feel warm, like a sunburn.

Is there any downtime after the treatment / how long is the recovery time?

Yes, but only for 24-48 hours post-treatment (or up to 5 days for more aggressive treatments), unlike lasers or other treatments where recovery or downtime lasts up to 10 days. Your skin will be red and for the first 24 hours, you will not be allowed to apply or rub anything on your skin, including water or sweat (so no hot yoga or any other exercise that will make you perspire). After 24 hours, you may put on makeup and resume your regular skin care routine. You should apply sunscreen (SPF 50), but avoid rigorous exercise and hot baths or massages for the first 2 days after your treatment. Ensure you keep your skin clean and protected from the sun.
